happier and at peace. On the other hand, if you feel you’re controlled by work,
bills, etc—you feel stressed and tend to have a negative outlook on life.
Therefore, developing a mindset of internal control—where you feel accountable,
responsible, and in charge of your life is crucial to feeling emp
